EB1B 485 pending，上个月换了工作，需要renew EAD/AP，就告诉律师不在原来单位了
，她回复说有ethics issue，不能再做我的case了。
那我是再找律师呢还是自己renew呢？需不需要现在报J表？

Because EB-1B and I-485 process involves dual representation of both
employer and employee, once you leave the company, there is an inherent
conflict of interest in our representation of you, which is adverse to the
company’s interest. Per legal ethics rules, to continue representing and
advising you in the permanent residency process, we would need to have the
company sign a waiver of conflict first. If the company refuses to sign, we
would need to withdraw as your attorney.
