找了议员，收到USCIS以下回复，请问这是模板回复吗？
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show that the
constituents’ cases are in the process of being shipped back to the NBC to
be shipped back to the constituents’ Local USCIS Office. The Texas Service
Center will not be doing final adjudication of I-485s where the applicant
has already been interviewed at the Local USCIS Office. The applicant’s
Local USCIS Office is responsible for final adjudication of these cases.

不像是模板, 而且跟常识不一样
常识是如果面试完排期还不到,会发回service center,等排期到了在那里做批准

我们是18年5月面试的，当时排期倒退了，今年1月重新current，这封信说case要从TSC
转回NBC再转回local做决定，不知道是不是都是这样

我的case和你差不多，去年4月面试的，刚current。不知道需要等多久会开始出来。
