I'm using cable mordem and router, now I can ping through to outside IPs, but
I can't communicate at all... I doubt it's DNS problem. I'm using ME,
everytime I set the DNS right, 192.168.0.1 sth, but it won't shown up when I
check from command window. :(((((((((((
why ?! Restarted millions times

thank you for these DNS servers.
The problem is, DNS server is automatically set right when using XP, (cable
modem domain DNS). but everything getting damn hell with the third ME machine,
whatever DNS in control panel network settings I set simply won't shown after
restarted.

The problem is, I can ping through to the outside IPs and anywhere in our
local domain computers, butta, I just can't get any network services
working!!! everything, e.g. telnet, ftp, http ...
why!?

And my computers are working perfect, except this machine of my roomate, he is
now crazy. :((
