you have to either kill your 邻居, or pray that their are idiots
but seeing they don't set security of their wireless network and boardcasting
their SSID, I think they are idiots you are save for now.
but if they get a non-idiot friend to fix their computer for them, they'll be
notified.

hack their computer and let their 192.168.0.1 goto a fake page.
