Now since we built too many houses, and cut too many trees to build
these houses, why don't we demolish these houses, and plant trees on
the demolished sites? Labor is not a problem since we have some 7%
unemployment rate. Also trees can fight against global warming which
is good for the political aspect.

Once house prices are up again, we can cut them down again. Even if
house price doesn't jump up, we can still use the wood for
