Now since we built too many houses, and cut too many trees to build
these houses, why don't we demolish these houses, and plant trees on
the demolished sites? Labor is not a problem since we have some 7%
unemployment rate. Also trees can fight against global warming which
is good for the political aspect.
Besides, trees are like a stock house for construction materials.
Once house prices are up again, we can cut them down again. Even if
house price doesn't jump up, we can still use the wood for

从小树苗长成正常的树要好几十年。投资人，关心股市的人，政府和
金融机构都不关心几十年后的事情。
其实有很多组织一直在做这件事情，阻止人们用更多的土地来修建房屋
对2004~2007年房价上涨起到了一定作用。但是由于最近经济不好，穷人
增多，有政府会把一些环境保护用地拿来修廉价房屋来救济穷人。
