It remains universally recognized as such from the most sophisticated urban
environments to the poorest rural communities in emerging markets.

in my region, food, gas, utility down about 10%, 60% and 20% within half a
year.
I don't pay health insurance, so I have no idea.
The only things increase are the tuition , up 5% and rent up 5%
food gas uti etc cost a little, but tuition, rent cost you more.

people already lost ass-load $$ in housing and stocking markets.
By the time of 3Q 2008, in the passed year US households lost $7T.
Just 3Q 2008 $2.8T was gone. We all know 4Q was more bloody.
