我做外汇保证金交易，就是1:100杠杆那种外汇买卖。
2008年亏了不少。想报Capital loss。
On the Form 1040 2008 Instructions for Schedule D:
A capital asset is any property held by you except the following:
Certain commodities derivative financial instruments held by a dealer. See
section 1221(a)(6).
我不知道外汇保证金交易算不算这种不能报Capital loss的衍生品，在IRS的网站上也
找不到section 1221(a)(6).
所以打电话给IRS想请教一下，结果几个白痴CSR把我转来转去，折腾了好几个小时也没
得到结果，气死我了！
请教版上的大侠和前辈：
1.哪里能找到这个section 1221(a)(6)？ Pub 550 和Pub 544我都看过了，似乎没有。
2.有做过外汇保证金的前辈能确认一下，这种交易能报Capital loss么？
