说白了，就是iteration周期短一些。经常check。
requirement也会变。今天不知道明天的天。

I think it is lean development. Develop a little, test a little.

Scrum meetings do help for tight deadline, team leader
should know the team's weak point and monitor the status

it's interesting to note that team leaders do that in most
companies. Maybe not daily, but definitely every two or three
days. This is even before the scrum model is adopted. It's
commonsense to me. Now with daily scrum meetings that the company
enforces, it's becoming less efficient, because not everyone
in the team care that much about what the others are doing,
because they are working on difference aspects of the system
that don't talk to each other directly.
