correct order.

Returns an array containing all of the elements in this Vector in the
correct order. The runtime type of the returned array is that of the
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
specified array. If the Vector fits in the specified array, it is returned
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ !!!!!!!!!!!!
