Even when your project doesn't involve any GUI, a good IDE
can still boost your productivity. Just to name a few of
benefits of using an IDE vs. a plain text editor:
1. You can manage your project in an orderly manner. i.e.
be able to selectively build any part of your project, configure
all the settings and parameters visually. Without an IDE,
you would have to build a shell script or make file for
every project, and hack into it every time you need to change
settings.
2. A lot of Java-aware
