I'm not sure, but it doesn't seem to solve the polymorphism
issue we have here. To me the serious problem with this duplicate
method name thing is how an innocent piece of client code can
hold a reference to either IB or IC, and invoke the correct implementation
of the method. And very likely this client code doesn't have
the luxury to know there is a common abstract class CA.
Bringing CA into this scenario doesn't really solve this problem.
