Can Java save HTTP cookie to hard drive? where does jave save it?

i dont really get what you mean.
if you are working on a Java servlet, definitely, check Java Servlet Class
Cookie for details; if you try to use Java application as a http client,
maybe you need to handle it yourself? save wherever you want. check apache
common-httpclient library for details.

he may want a client side cookie support class.
