most functions available, better than jbuilder7/8 personal version(some part
disabled)...
but their website just sucks, always show error or time out. :(

By full version, do you mean the version with everything?
I can only find personal version for free

most functions are there, more than jb7/8, as I heard some one who used it said,
little faster GUI speed. I like the light color more... too, hehe. moved from
jb7 enterprise to jb9 today.

tried to install (first time try JB) - somehow screwed my eclipse (jdk version
issue)
anyhow, by a quick look at it, doesn't seem JB has anything too special.
