1. Contract Employment - Place an contractor with one company to
work on a contract or project basis.
2. Contract-to-Hire - Place an contractor with one company to work
on contract basis. When the contract ends, the company have the
option to hire that contractor.
3. Direct Hire - Candidates for a permanent position directly with one
company.
1. 是ICC能找到的大多数Offer from clients. 这样的工作从几个月到1年不等.
经常是短期的项目, 大多数需要经常出差, 所以Contractor经常居无定所,Project
结束后要寻找新的project, 找不到就没饭吃, 如果时间长了H1B身份会出问题.
