两周前的面试，一直忘了放上来。刚看到版上问ms的live meeting，我也用的这个，赶
紧放上来。
在学校的job fair投的简历，意外收到了微软的电话面试。自己是EE的，CS的基本功不
行，收到这个面试大概是因为暑期的实习是编C++的吧。整体感觉不是那种技术型的面
试。可是hr说the interview will be very technical.所以我想是我第一个技术问题
就答得太差（让我说说指针，我说了两句就没词了。。。），人家就不问了，也没让写
code...
问题包括：
1.Why are you interested in computer science;
2.If you need to hire an assistant, tell me 4 required personalities you
want.
3.If you can't choose CS,EE as your major. What major you will choose.
4.tell me sth about pointer. what is that, why we need t
