I contacted XXX team and forward resume to them. A few suggestions, levis. If you
look for a AAA engineer position in a company like BBB, try to make a resume focused
on AAA, not CCC. Also, in your objective, don't even mention research. You are
looking for an industry job, not academic. My feedback from the XXX group is that
their boss turned down a few strong candidate simply because he is PhD and fitted better
for research.

我觉得research也可以写吧。但是放到后面就行了。把最显眼的放在第一页让人一眼
能看到就好了。其他的可以让他有兴趣自己去读后面的。

这个提不提research, depends on工作性质.
另外找工作就像找bf/gf,有一些通用的准则,
但是没必要因为某个boss奇怪的癖好去迎合.
有的地方只招PHD quit的,那是不是也该quit一下再去申请阿.

我觉得吧，这种manager一看你想做Research或者学界经验丰富就不要你的组，不去也
罢。估计就是要大材小用招博士去码代码什么的，这种地方去了，前途不甚光明。
本来找工作就是双向选择的，人还是要找到真正适合自己发展的公司，team,老板。。
。以免去了几个月就捉摸着走人。
