HOW DO I KNOW IF MY EMPLOYER IS REGISTERED WITH eVERIFY?
There is no "list" available of employers registered with eVerify. A
February 13 New York Times article http://www.nytimes.com/2008/02/13/us/13immig.html states that the program at that time had about 52,000 employers registered and that this was growing by about 1,000 a week.
The best thing is to ask your employer's HR department if they participate
in the program. More information on registering for the E-Verify program
can be found
