是Vermont office处理的，11/23被charge钱的。到现在还没受到receipt notice to
check。本来估计要1月才能收到EAD，所以申请的时候用的朋友的地址，但是到现在还
没收到，是不是很不正常。我能做些什么？给vermont office打电话？谢谢！

you need to put c/o your friend's name on the application form, otherwise,
if the name on the letter is mismatch with the household member name at the
delivery address, the letter will be returned. USPS handles USCIS mails
specially. So you should better change the delivery address with USCIS when
you are sure the mail is returned, otherwise, you will not receive the EAD
as well.

My adviser in International office told me I didn't need to put my friend's
name on the application form, so I didn't list.
How to know the mail is returned to USCIS?
Then how to change?

My receipt was returned due to the reason i mentioned, you can call USCIS
and they should have the return record.
Normally you should receive the receipt within 1 week since the date they
cash your check.

After calling USCIS, what should I do? Just let them to change the address.
But I will move to another place before I get EAD card. Do u have any good
suggestions?

you can change address on line if you know your case number, it is a two
steps procedure: first change address by electrical ar11 form, then change
the address for specific pending case.
you may try to change address to your school's ISC i think, better chance
of less mail problem.
