My friend has an opening with a major IB's IT group in Jersey City, New
Jersey. Strong SQL skill is a must, strong SSIS/SSRS skills are preferred,
previous IB exposure is a plus but not required.

If you need H1B sponsorship or transfer, you will be hired by the Bank's
preferred staffing firm that is willing to provide sponsorship. Then you
will be assigned to the IB as a consultant. Your performance will be
reviewed every 6 months by the Bank management and your assignment with the
IB would be renewed, provided your porformance meets expectation.
