和学校的patent lawyer office联系。 自己申请， 养个专利很贵，一万块一年很正常
。常见的两种情况可以自己出钱：
1。马上有人要出大价钱买的
2。用这个美国专利回国忽悠高新开发启动基金的
很多狗屁专利也只能当个文章充数，认识好多朋友坐拥四五个专利，自己还是常年挤公

Your school should have patent law firm on retainer. If not, you school
probably won't have money to maintain patent because it is very expensive.
Unless the invention is amazing and you can sell it right away.
