We are completing our 2nd round of interviews and should have an update for
you shortly. Thank you for your continued patience and interest in our
organization.
我3个星期前就面试了一次，没有第二次了。难道其他人都有第二次我没有？是不是这
就是据了？只是没有确定最后人选，所以没法直接据我。

just let you wait.
They are trying to see whether they can find better ones. :-)
You are okay to them, but not impressive enough for an immediate decision to
hire.
