This position requires the candidate to provide technical and user support f
or desktop PCs, laptop PCs, printers, and other office equipments. The candi
date also maintains IT infrastructure including Tele-communication equipment
, computer network, and UNIX or MS Window based servers.
nbsp; Installs, tests, and maintains IT infrastructure including Tele-c
ommunication, network, and servers
nbsp; Provides technical support on desktop PC, laptop PC, and other of
fice equipments
nbsp; Provides technical support on Microsoft Windows and Office softwa
re
nbsp; Provides technical support on Blackberry, Bloomberg and VPN
nbsp; Keeps and maintains IT related documents
Knowledge:
nbsp; In-depth knowledge in telecommunication, network, and other IT in
frastructure
nbsp; In-depth knowledge in operation systems including UNIX and MS Win
dows
nbsp; Professional certifications in UNIX, MS Windows are a plus
Skills and Abilities:
nbsp; Strong analytical and problem solving skills
nbsp; Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
nbsp; A team player, self motivated, and result oriented
nbsp; Flexible in working hours and perform well under stress
nbsp; Good understanding of securities trading business is a big plus
nbsp; Proficient in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Qualifications:
nbsp; 2 year plus working experiences as an IT technician maintaining t
elecommunication, network, and UNIX/MS Windows servers
nbsp; B.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent
