方子不是我自己的，只是在MILUO方子的基础上稍微调整
花椒粉和盐我的量都要多一些，花椒八角桂皮的量也是双倍，其实最后出来的鸭子味道
还是很淡的，我女儿吃了很多，若是味道太重她是不吃的，估计我们家那锅大，所以味
道淡了。
大家不要笑话我，我不会切鸭子哦，有人后来建议我凉开了再切，下次我尝试一下。这
次太饿了，跟女儿两个人迫不及待了。

有个公司让我两周前去面试，今天Hiring Manager说要再跟我谈谈。面试当天把该见的
人都见了，该
说的话都说了。他还能说什么呢？难道是据我吗？大家遇到过这种情况吗？
面试的时候，hiring manager认为我的背景不算很贴切，而且说这个职位招的是post-
doc，过两年
再转成full-time.
一般hiring manager还会问些什么问题呢？我好准备一下，谢谢！

it is good to know. Usually, HM wants to know if your personality and career
goal are a good fit. Prepare for the your career goal according to the job
descriptions.

I think there are two possibilities:
1. They may narrow down to you and another candidate. They want to talk to
both of you one more time to decide which one to choose.
2. They already pick you, but before they give you the offer, they want to
confirm your level of interest, your commitment, if you are fine with the
conditions of the job, etc. I guess they want to make sure if you are OK
with being post-doc (likely being underpaid) for the first 2 years.
I think it is good sign. They certainly wont schedule another interview just
to reject you.
If you really want this job, show your interest and commitment, and show
your strength as well.

还有个问题，他要问我什么时候可以开始上班。我要是12月15号之前不交opt申请就不
能明年初上班。所以必须15号之前收到确定的消息。
如果他只是再跟我聊聊，和另一个人比较，我能说我需要他们15号之前做决定吗？
因为如果他们选了我，我又错过了15号申请的时间，我就只能5月开始上班了。
郁闷！

I have not used OPT for almost 10 years, so I don't know how OPT works these
days. So don't take my answer for granted.
They probably can't wait till May for you. So just tell them you need to
apply for OPT by 12/15 in order to start. If they are close to making a
decision, they will work with the date. I am sure they also want to reach a
decision asap.
If they can't make a decision by 12/15, there is nothing you can do, unless
you want to take a risk by applying for your OPT anyway, hoping you will
get the offer or an offer from somewhere else.
