我在瑞典一所还算好的医学院postdoc做了3年，做了一些实验，有一篇文章但还没发，
而且还不是第一作者，今年我辞职到了美国和女朋友结婚，瑞典的老板很生气，大家不
欢而散。现在我在美国找生物和医学院的postdoc，两周前请瑞典老板写推荐信，老板
居然email都不回。
我担心resume上写上这段经历，employer就会问我为什么没有瑞典方面的推荐信。还有
做了三年没一篇paper也是不好的事情。
我在瑞典上过PHD的课程，也正式录取进了PHD的program，但我上了一年课就跑了。我
想就写成在瑞典读了一年的书，postdoc经历就不写了。但是不写这段经历，剩下的就
全是国内的经历了。听说美国对欧洲的工作经历还是认可的，但是国内经历不太看重。
我该不该隐瞒欧洲postdoc这一段经历呢？

隐瞒还是不太好吧。

3 years are too long to be hidden. Just be honest.
If somebody asks, simply say due to family reason (to be with your wife).
That's a very good reason. Any reasonable person will understand.
Apparently your Sweden "boss" will NOT give you any (good) referrence in
this situation.
I suggest you forget about any further postdoc application, try to find a
job from industry.

that is true.
it is too long, it is not easy for you to figure out a better idea to cover
these years.
