比如旧公司最后两周用PTO，同时在新公司上班。
double pay, 会有问题吗？
之所以这样是因为旧公司的PTO公司不buy back,直接清零。

As long as neither side can find out. And two companies are not competitors.
I know somebody did that for about 3 months.

两张W2上面时间会有重合.

Are you still on VISA?
Otherwsie, IRS don't care. You can work for as many companies as you can at
the same time. :-)

I don't think you should tell your company that you will take a vacation for
2 weeks, and then put the resignation letter on your boss's desk before you
walk out the day before.
I am not saying you can not do that, but it is not professional.
