no need to do anything. Regarding 401K, you can always take your
contribution with you (or stay with the current employer). The part your
employer matched depends on the policy of your company and you own whatever
the vested portion.
You can use up you unused vacation or company will just pay you the number
of days left (arrange the last day with the vacation day counted).
