只要business manager点头，HR可以立即取消offer或者fire你
你根本告不了雇主
除非你有证据说明公司是歧视或者打击报复
GOOGLE高兴的话可以两个人全部开了

所以现在基本上公司都禁止告诉面试者被拒的理由。

My understanding is most private sector employees are at will employment.
Every morning, when you go to work, the first thing you need prepare is if
you boss let you go, what you should put in your box.
There are only three cases company will fire employees:
1. economy is bad, cut cost
2. economy is good, but management team need more bonus
3. ecomony is flat, but the management team needs "performance improvement"

我们上一次fire花掉了5个月的时间.才搞定，最后还是和解方案
