Good news is that the engineers enjoyed meeting with you and we are moving
forward with the offer approval process! Offer approval is contingent on
your reference checks and approval from engineering management. So no
final decision, but in the home stretch.
拿到正式offer的可能有多大呀？

技术关过了，等着处理offer letter，可能性比较大
除非公司内部有变化。
