请教一下大家，Ｈ１Ｂ（博后）从学校到工业界除了重新申请还有什么别的办法？刚来
个ｏｆｆｅｒ公司发现不能短期加入就收回了，我说看看除了Ｈ１Ｂ还有别的什么招可
以早点加入的？否则博后找工业界工作也太难找了。。。多谢各位建议了

没什么办法，除非你能说服公司给你办O-1签证。

貌似Ｏ１签证是给杰出人才的，版上有人申请过么？

O1的申请也需要3、4个月快不了的

I remember there is so called H1 portability switching from cap-exempt to
cap-subject. You can search that lawyer's letter in mitbbs and email to
your company to see if it's ok. I only remember her name is Naomi Schorr!!
