最近刚刚phd毕业，要去做薄厚了，做实验的专业，短期内不会去industry上班，估计
得做postdog几年。
明白人给说说是暂时维持opt好还是马上弄个H1 好？ 单位好像还是比较宽松。
今年明年的还想回国，不想因为身份被check好久啊

我也是这么想的，绿卡会影响OPT，但是OPT应该不会影响绿卡。
再问一个，如果博后老板答应办H1B呢？是用Extension还是用H1B?

学校的H1B不占名额，啥时候换都行；你要有转工业界的打算还是OPT好

不过先确认你学校或公司是e-verify的，不然没法extension
