Background check的公司打电话问我，说pull out的employment report显示我04年1月
1日开始在现在的学校工作，我简历和申请表上填的是04年9月。
天地良心，我04年7月才来美国，9月开始PhD，然后postdoc到现在。打电话给学校HR,
找了两个都不知道怎么回事。
我和Background check的公司说，可以给他们我的I-20和签证。他们说不用，会留个
note
这会不会影响background check，不是我的问题啊，我也不知道找谁解决，因为这个挂
了就冤了
另外，background check的结果，我能不能看到，万一由于这种地方出问题挂了，还能
知道为什么，去argue一下

公司的offer letter上写查criminal courthouse record, motor vehicle report,
verification of education, work history and drug screening

把你叫去验尿查drug？还有我credit card似乎每年都有一次到期忘还钱被罚款30块，
会不会不通过啊。

你不磕药怕啥，credit card没人care的，除非你欠了几十万

maybe based on IRS records. IRS documents show annual 1-1 to 12-31.
But your SSN record can tell them they are worng. SSN numbers will show
quarter/year, and if you did get your SSN late 2004, their record will show
that SSN was assigned 3rd or 4th quarter 2004 at which state, and F1 don't
pay FICA/medicare so there should be no contribution from your university
either.
