You will be eligible for our company bonus program that provides 10% of your
prorated annual base salary contingent upon successful attainment of
company-defined financial target. Bonus payouts will be at the discretion
and final approval of the Board.
难道这个就是所谓的sign on bonus? 年收入的10%?

这是年终奖金，跟sign on bonus是两码事。
