关于offer里的relocation bonus不是特别明白。就问了HR，HR的回复如下：
You are receiving a bonus. This is paid out after your move is complete less
applicable withholdings. This can be found in the offer letter.
We are also offering a relocation bonus in the amount of $8,000.00, less
withholding at the supplemental tax rate. This bonus will be paid to you
with your first paycheck following your move. If you voluntarily terminate
employment for any reason within twelve (12) months or you are terminated
with cause, you will be required to repay the net relocation bonus amount in
full.
请问这8000块是说用多少报销多少，还是一次性给我，随便我花多少，剩下的可以自己
留下来了啊？
