LD 工作比别人认真努力，working for the company for very long time,cares
about the company so much,同级的经理天天迟到，不努力工作反倒得加薪，今天公司
给2个选择：1，much lower pay and lower position. or 2,Severance packages
which is 1 month pay.
LD挺伤心的，求建议：怎么办？明天就要答复公司。如果不take lower position lower pay company
offers, 还能claim unemployment benefits 吗？ 谢谢！
