Is there some difference for the same job, with green card(or Green card EAD
hold) and without card needing H1b sponsorship?
How much that difference normally will be?

no, there is no difference whatsoever, IF you can get the SAME job. The
point is, you may get more higher-paying job with gc/ead, or simply get a
job instead of letting the opportunity gone.
