今天收到 USCIS 的 Non-Delivery of Employment Authorization Document的调查结
果回信，说
On May 2, 2012, we created an Employment Authorization Document for you and
mailed it to the address we had on file at that time. Please check with your
local Post Office for undeliverable mail. Your document has not been
returned to us. If you did not receive your Employment Authorization
Document, another I-765 application or petition will need to be file to
replace your lost/stolen card along with a note that you never received this
document.
这就带来个问题，grace period 还有30天到期，如果30天内没法拿到新卡，是不是只
能打包回国了？新公司的 H1B 又没那么快能办下来，2013的配额也快用完了
不会这么惨吧……拿不到卡，即使 approval 了也只能打包回国？
