我的情况: 人在国内，非CS专业，06年拿第一个H1B, 后来经济危机转过身份，去年家
庭原因回国，现在H1B还剩2年半。去年找到国内一家美国公司的分公司。老板已经答应
sponsor我今年下半年到美国工作。一种是申请新的六年的H1B(估计赶不上了，6/17日
才回国满一年). 另外一种办法是用我原来剩下的H1B.
现在律师已经联系我，我也给了材料。上周收到公司的offer letter. 但给了一个比较
低的Salary.
我给老板写了封Email.内容如下：
I received the offer letter from XX (hr) last Friday, and got to know the
details about my offer. I am hesitating to ask if there is a room to
increase my salary? $60k is my start salary when XXX(我原来雇主) hired me as
the fresh graduate 6 years ago. Thank you for your consideration.
老板回了邮件
That was simply a placeholder for the offer letter to get the documents
moving with the attorneys. We fully intend to pay you a competitive salary
when you make the transition to the US. Completely agree on the comp issue.
My expectation would be your base would be in the 90 + bonus range。
后来老板补了一封邮件说和我明天谈一下工资。我想问一下大家，难道给律师的工资和
我实际的工资还会有什么不一样？如果我签了这个offer, 等于接受了$60k, 也不知道
什么时候给我加工资。另外，根据老板的Email. 我想明天谈的时候向他要一份updated
offer letter, 大家看有什么不妥.谢谢
