不是，opt有效期应该从start date开始（虽然收到卡之前不算unemployed）。
否则你就可以等毕业后60天才申请opt，跟着还有几个月才收到卡，开始opt，那就晚几
个月完成opt，就可以留在美国长很多了。

这个倒是第一次看到，赞仔细啊。
不过我以前听说的是就算卡丢了也算在unemployment里面。。。。
如果从发replacement卡算起的话，那觉得自己短期找不到工作的，就说卡没收到，就
又赚了点时间。
现在看来这个就是一笔糊涂账，如果一开始卡收到了，没工作，两个月以后卡丢了，申
请replacement，又该怎么算。

但是我怀疑，你如果发EAD卡比你的start date晚，那你的EAD上面写的日期应该是EAD
卡发的日期吧？（我不知道；我不认识人是晚发EAD卡的，不可以确定。）如果这样的
话就make sense了。

如果法卡日和start date都在毕业60天以内，确实上面会写发卡日期，超过60天的就不
知道了。我比较倾向于相信我们学校网站上说的，卡上会写的最晚的日期就是毕业后60
天。一般老美电话啥的是满嘴跑火车不懂的说的比懂的还自信，但是白底黑字写成
tutorial的还是比较靠谱的。
