Our healthcare client has 4 openings for .Net Developers that have strong
back-end skills in SQL. These are all 1 year contracts working on an
explanation of benefits/payments projects. Our client is ready to hire today
! The requirements are below, please let me know if I can tell you about
this in more detail!
Technical Experience:
Understanding of the software development life-cycle
Ability to collaborate and work within a Development Team, as well as
operate independently
Ability to work effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast changing
environment
Creative problem solving skills
Responsible and self-motivated with a positive, can do attitude
Ability to interpret functional specifications, as well as ability to
document technical or functional specifications
Excellent ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues and bugs
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with non-
technical team members
5-7+ years of experience with web application technologies including:
ASP.Net 4.0 (C#)
SQL Server 2005 / 2008
JavaScript
AJAX
WCF (Web Services) ** 2 of the 4 openings will need experience designing
and building web services, not just connecting to existing services
Familiarity with other software/technologies including:
Web Server Software (IIS 6.0/7.0)
Single Sign On Technologies
Notes:
Web Development in Asp.Net
Team size - 20 Devs FTE and overall 60-70
Need to be able to communicate with non-technical, e-com team, PM and other
managers - need to simplify views and roadblocks and know when to raise
issues
Interview will include whiteboard, walking through code in:
SQL - DB structures, queries
C# questions around string manipulation
Web Services
MVC or discuss your knowledge and how you plan to learn this technology
Client side HTML basic layout
