课程，qualify都过了。写论文阶段。但现在要quit因为某些原因。而且不注册任何学
分，不向学校交任何钱。想申请OPT来找工作（已有master）。这样是否可行?

可以用preopt，前人有很多经验，必须在网上搜一搜才行。

master has a year long opt for masters.
doctor has a year long opt too for doctors.
If you haven't started using opt for masters after you graduated from master
. I think you can use it.

pre的话必须过了proposal，LZ过了否？

No! If you are getting MS now and quitting, you can use the OPT for MS. But
if got the MS sometime ago, and did not use the MS OPT immediately after you
got the degree, you cannot use it anymore.
