Some thing:
HR interview are usually focused on behavior questions. Should not fail
with preparation.
Sometimes the interview does not have technique questions. However the
engineer managers do care technique background. So when answering the
behavior questions try provide as much as possible job description related
experiences.
Presentation is the key of the keys. As long as no critical mistake is made
for behavior question, a nice PPT gives your the job. Match is the key.
Direct work match is the best, then research field match, critical method
match, critical equipment match. You can easily trick the HR, but not the
engineer manager. Especially when it goes to Presentation......
After HR round, manager gives you the job. HR is just assisting. In many
cases, there is no HR interview.
吹牛 gives you trouble if Presentation is required.
Dressing up is necessary; but as an engineer, never believe a suit can
really give or destroy your interview. Seldom are there engineers care
about those.
