LD的OPT今年四月过期，今年好不容易三月找到一个会计的工作，在一个很小的公司（
公司少于10个人）。我们自己找律师申请了H1B，很幸运也抽中了，但是现在被RFE，要
求证明职位需要相关专业本科以上学历（大概这么个意思吧）。不知道各位有没有过
类似经历的，还请大家帮帮忙！
之前看的一个帖子似乎说可以网上找到类似规模公司的会计来证明，不知道大家有没
有在类似小公司工作的，如果有人可以帮忙证明，真是太感谢了！！！

Ta公司里没有本科学历以上的同事？

谢谢回复
她之前的accountant是有本科学位的
但是跟公司闹翻了现在断绝了根公司联系我们也尝试联系
但对方态度很恶劣是指望不上了。。。
不过公司电脑里面有之前那个人的简历也有W2什么的但是没学位
而且没经过对方同意也不敢私自用

I'm working on my RFE too with a different title. Just for your reference,
you can -
Use LinkedIn to find similar sized company and people working there for
similar position
Provide as much as possible material proving your company's practices in
different areas and relationship with the position
Find job listings as requested in RFE
Use relevant keywords to search USCIS cases online for H1B appeals which are
open to public
You have to work on your own, lawyer may not be helpful in this case
There's some posts in Hua ren talking about the H1B RFE

对于linkedin上找到的类似规模公司的相同职位的人（如果能找到的话）提供
linkedin网页的信息就够了吗？还是说需要联系对方提供更详细的资料
多谢我们会努力在网上再找找其他相关资料！
