Purpose:
•Talent Hire for the Interconnect Technology Center.
Principle Accountabilities/Duties:
•Electrical and Thermal Simulation and Modeling using COMSOL or other
industry standard simulation
•Model and Simulation Verification
•Document engineering work in compliance with company quality system.
•Coordinate activities with outside suppliers specific to the
interconnect technology center deliverables and tasks
•Assess failure modes and conduct technical risk analysis.
•Develop materials characterization methods and techniques.
•Consult in testing and evaluate design theory via models and
simulations.
•Design, develop, and refine new products.
•Define products requirements for high speed and RF solutions (
includes opto-electric solutions).
•Provide technical leadership for development projects.
•Schedule, coordinate and manage multiple projects.
•Determine, outline, and interpret test to verify product integrity in
proof of concept phase.
•Some travel may be required.

•PH.D. EE
