刚在Cornell的OPTfaq上看到的
”After you graduate, in order to re-enter the U.S. you must have the
following: OPT card (or receipt notice for the OPT application), your valid

意思是说只要有offer了，凭OPT receipt也可以，不知道这么理解正确不
