这个说法好像是以前的google,微软这些作风。现在已经totally different了。连 google自己也亲口承认,所谓的头脑灵活, brain storm的面试根本没有意义。事实上 ,在1,2个小时内衡量一个人IT技术人员的面试是几乎是不可能的。唯一靠谱的方法就 是看他过去做了什么,取得了什么成就。招人有个最基本的原则就是:never hire a guy who accomplished nothing。
