BTW, I have worked for both start up and large companys such as IBM, Microsoft. This is one of best in my opinion. The package is not as large as FLG, but the work load is much less stressful , and you have opportunity to play much importanter role here.

I have submitted most of the resumes I received from you. We don't have openings for internship right now. We welcome entry level/new graduate/junior engineers,but you have to have good coding skill. The interview difficulty is similar to Microsoft. You have to be able to code and know basic algorithm, but not have to be a genius.

If you got phone interview request: Must likely will be some simple coding/design question, check your back ground and see if you are really interested in this position. I think most Chinese should well qualified on the technical side. Spend some time to learn a little bit on our company, business , and demonstrates interests in this area, also interests in learning open source technology, big data, machine learning will help.

We still have a lot of open positions. Please continue send resume if interested. For these passed phone interview, we will have 1 round onsite for local. One round skype and one round onsite for remote. The onsite problem is similar to amazon, ms: you should know data structure, algorithm and can code/fix bug by yourself. Can design, know multithread... know basic sql, out join, self join I have told HR I am recruiting from online algorithm discussion group which is here. It should not hurt if you told them we meet each other on internet algorithm discussion group in case somebody asked.

You may want to continue if already started, they just try to cut out the new candidate. They may still do it for you if you did well in the interview .

Some friends I referred already got offer and want to know more about the company and area: We are growing rapidly right now, signed long term contract with DOW company. Not sure about IPO time frame, but survive is not problem in a few years. We are using cutting edge technology to solve challenge problems: Hadoop , Cassandra, Storm, Voldemort, machine learning on biggest user data in industry. Team is friendly, and work load is reasonable, no need to work overtime. Seattle area: Lots of high tech job opportunity: amazon, microsoft, google and face book branch. New IPO such as : tableau, zulily also doing very well, a lot of startups too. Housing price only half of bararea, you can afford without hitting the jackpot.
