先来了contingent offer, 然后background check
check完了已经一周了, 怎么还没音讯?
是不是如果background check 满意应该发给我一个正式offer? 但是一周了, 怎么还
没来? 是不是危险了?

没那么快 background check如果有问题会有人联系你的别担心

还好几天前 HR 就问我了并且 hireright 的 background check显示所有都verify了.
但是正是offer还没来啊

我是先收到offer 再开始background check的也是hireright公司等过了1个多月我
都入职了 HR才通知我说background check report finished

我和您一样, 也是先offer, 但是是contingent offer.我想应该是background check
后不久就应该来正式offer 吧?

我也是condition offer，这样写的：
Employment with the Company is conditioned upon your consent to, and results
satisfactory to the
Company of, reference and background checks. If you begin employment prior
to the completion of any
background checks, you understand that continued employment is conditioned
upon the completion and
satisfactory results of such checks. You also agree that if you are
requested by the Company or the
Company’s background check service provider to provide additional
information for the background
check, you must provide such information no later than 30 days following the
request.
后来就去上班了没啥事的
