I am F-1 under OPT, and my H-1B and H-4 application are under initial review
I think.
My husband hold F-2 and his visa is not expire
Can he enter US with his F-2 VISA before October?
or the change of status will abandon the H-4 application?
of he have to apply for H-4 to reenter?
anyone can share similar experience?
