Sorry cannot type Chinese here.
My H1B will reach the first 3 years on Sep 30. I currently work for company
A, which has just filed an extension of H1B on my behalf. It will take a
couple of months to get approved. Suppose I am offered a job in another
company B. Company B will need to transfer my H1B. Is there any risk/
issues to transfer H1B while the extension is still pending?

听说extension是不是approve会影响H1B transfer。
但我觉的，最坏就是不给I94，然后你要处境激活。总不能因为extension而
据了H1B transfer。

其实extension和transfer是一回事儿,都是申请你工作的许可，两个公司各申请个的，
另外transfer一般一月搞定，I assume extension 也应该是这样。如果拿到offer，最
好是问B 公司的layer team, 他们会给你一个confirm answer和time line. I don't
think you should worry about this, just get your dream offer.

但现在原公司已经开始了extension,LCA已经下来了，估计都快递交了，
而且也不会用pp的，因为没有理由hurry.

Yes, the extension was filed a few days ago.
Just wanted to make sure a H1B transfer filing before the extension is
approved has no risks. Suppose a transfer is approved, is it going to be
valid until the end of this September or for another three years?
