小弟PhD candidate 今年12月毕业，现在开始投简历，希望得到各位业界前辈的内推！
PhD research包括LED and TFT fabrication:mask design, process flow(PECVD,PLD,
photolithography, RIE, ebeam, FIB), device characterization(AFM, SEM,
parameter analyzer, probe station). 也会应用Synopsys TCAD 做Simulation, 包括
Process Simulation, Device Simulation, Structure Editor.
上学期间还修了VLSI课程, 包括ASIC Design和Physical Design, 虽然对Device的工作
没有太大帮助，还是列出来，万一哪家公司需要......
编程语言包括C++, Python, Tcl, Make, Verilog, Matlab

试试CREE，离NCSU很近跟你方向也比较接近

Cree我已经托朋友内推了，可是Cree这公司很怪，CEO明明是我们学校毕业的，可是做
Fab不太要NC State学生，而且很多职位都是US Citizen or Green card Holder
